Bruce P. Anderson
Dr. Bruce P. Anderson died on June 26, 2026, in Chatham, Massachusetts. After graduating from Yale, Bruce earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and served as a dentist in the U.S. Army, earning the rank of Captain. In addition to his 40-year career as a dentist in Farmington, Connecticut, he was a pilot, a pilot instructor, a hot-air balloon pilot, and an off-road race driver. He played the French horn in the Yale Marching and Concert Bands and the Chatham Band in Cape Cod. He also sang tenor for the Asylum Hill Oratorio Choir in Hartford. He was president of the United Way and the Red Cross in Farmington and was an avid antique arms collector. He is survived by his wife of over 40 years enjoying time together in Aruba and their ranch in Colorado.
