Austin K. Pryor

Austin K. Pryor of Plymouth, Minnesota, died on February 21, 2025, after a long illness. He had a diverse and innovative career starting as a summer employee at Ecolab in St. Paul, Minn., which led to full time employment in the hospital environmental health field, managing development and marketing of new products for 16 years. A promotion took him to the New York office, but he soon left to become Vice President of Sterling Drug where he managed similar hospital and institutional products. He then began several career moves which took him to Oahu, Hawaii; Boston, Massachusetts; and Greenwich, Connecticut before landing at Ernst & Young running its innovation and entrepreneurship programs within large corporations. His final career stop was in founding Foresight Consultants offering innovation services to corporations all over the USA and Europe. He was a committed volunteer to his churches and a counselor to small business for over 30 years. His wife Dorothy survives.
